Welcome to fleur-moerenhout.com! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and purchase of products from Fleur Moerenhout (a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands).

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By using this website, creating an account, or buying products you agree to these Terms.

Fleur sells original artworks, prints, cards, and similar artistic items. All products are described as accurately as possible on the website.

Orders are placed through the webshop and paid via Stripe. Prices shown include applicable VAT and are in Euros (€). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days via PostNL. Delivery times vary by destination — within the Netherlands, elsewhere in Europe, or outside Europe.

Consumers have the right to cancel and return eligible products under EU distance selling rules (see our Delivery & Returns Policy). Originals cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

You may create an account to manage orders. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your login.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law and any disputes will be handled by Dutch courts.
