This policy explains shipping, delivery times, and returns for purchases from fleur-moerenhout.com.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Shipping is done via PostNL.
Delivery time depends on destination. Within the Netherlands and Europe is usually faster; outside Europe may take longer.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are included in the price.
3. Returns (EU Consumer Rights)
As an EU consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your items. To return a product:

Return items in original packaging
Originals and one-of-a-kind artworks are not returnable
Prints, cards, and similar products may be returned if unused
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will assess the case. Damaged items may not always qualify for return or refund.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe).
