I’m in a time of transition right now, which means I’m also learning to let go. And with letting go comes the wave of emotions that come with saying goodbye—the sadness and the grief. But on the other side of this process, I feel a deep trust, and along with it, a growing excitement for what’s ahead—for the new possibilities waiting to be born. These past few weeks have been an emotional rollercoaster for me. And today, with the beautiful full moon in Cancer, it feels like the perfect cherry on top of it all. 🌕🍒 (happy full moon everyone!!)

What brings me the most comfort right now is witnessing winter. Watching the empty soil, which looks barren but is full of life just beneath the surface. Seeing the trees let go of their leaves, trusting completely that they will grow again. Smelling and feeling the calmness and spaciousness in the winter sky—something only this season can hold. I’m letting this season guide me. I’m giving myself permission to "winter" too. To not have all the answers right now but to honor the fertile, open space I find myself in. I’m softening, trusting, and trying to embrace this process of letting go. 💫
